SOLESI, Tajudeen Olusola attended Ansar-ud-deen high School Surulere Lagos for his Secondary education where he passed and obtained grade one in the West African School Certificate (1977). Thereafter he proceeded to Kings College Lagos where he also obtained his Higher School Certificate (HSC) 1977 – 1979. While at Kings College he was made a school prefect.
He is a holder of Bachelors degree in Sociology B.S.c (Hons) from University of Lagos (1979 – 1982). Also, holder of Masters of Public Administration (1995). He is an Associate member Nigeria Institute of Management. He started his Insurance Career in October 1983 with NICON Insurance Corporation as a graduate trainee. He has served in various Technical departments, which include Central Claims, Fire, Motor and General Accident Department where he rose to the level of Manager in 2002, then he was Fire Manager February 2003 – April 2006, in Lagos Head office annex, he was made Senior/Zonal Manager for Ibadan Zone in October, 2006 – August 2009 which comprises of Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Kwara, Ekiti and Ondo States. In 2012 he was promoted to the rank of Assistant General Manager (Technical). Presently he is the General Manager (Technical) and overseas underwriting and claims. He has over twenty-six practical years experience in Insurance Industry. He also participated in introducing new products to the insurance market such as: Overseas Travelers Insurance. He has attended many courses, workshops and seminars in Insurance both within and outside the country.
He is married with Children. His hobbies include traveling and watching football.
